Yes.

Wherever possible, we aim to assign the same team of cleaners to each job. Not only has this proven to improve standards of cleaning as the cleaners understand your requirements & the premises better, but this also ensures business continuity and customer satisfaction. 

For all end of tenancy cleans, we guarantee our works for up to 72 hours. 

It is very rare that we would get called back to rectify any issues as our cleaners are thorough in their cleaning, however should there be any issues, please raise this us within 24 hours of cleaning completion.

Payment for one-off type jobs is usually done via bank transfer upon invoice. Payment details will be provided upon booking your required service.

For commercial clients, payment terms are usually 30 days from the date of invoice; unless agreed otherwise.

Over the years, we have developed a reputation for being the ‘Go-To’ company due to our efficiency in providing teams of cleaners in under 24 hours. However, this does come at a cost. 

 

We therefore advise to provide as much notice as possible.

Unfortunately regular domestic cleaning is no longer something we cover. Sorry.

For commercial cleans, the cleaning teams are booked in advance for your site, however if you contact us in advance, we would be more than happy to try & accommodate.
