No. Since we’ve started, we’ve never requested clients to sign in to any long-term agreements (unless their business process requires it). We feel we should be good enough to make our clients want to stay with us rather than have to stay with us.
This is an option we leave to you. Some organisations have their own facilities manager(s), suppliers & budgets and prefer to provide their own cleaning products. If that’s the case, do let us know in advance.
As a standard procedure, our cleaners would come equipped with the general cleaning materials.
Yes, as far as is practical. We always try to use the same team where possible. This helps build knowledge of the site and develop the client/ cleaner relationship.
We feel all our prices are competitive & some of the best in the industry. Since we like to provide a tailored quote to each client, it’s impossible to provide an hourly rate for cleaning as there are a number of factors which go into consideration, such as; cleaning time, level of cleaning, hours/ staff required, equipment required.
